New New New

The start of a week is a fresh new start learn from the negative things, build off the positive. Again school and family are most important. The week begins with letting the body re-coup maybe some light training and make sure you get back on the right eating patterns. Mental rest is just important as physical rest...as the week starts let the games began....!!!!!
